By downloading, installing, or using FlatworkPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FlatworkPro is a concrete estimation tool designed for contractors. The app provides:
Free Tier: Limited to 3 estimates with basic features.
Pro Subscription: Unlimited estimates, PDF export, and additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

FlatworkPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kosta Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all estimates, client information, and company branding you create or upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOSTA APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
